Ladyfield House

Ladyfield House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 50 people, with ground-level accommodation arranged across two units, one specialising in dementia care. On inspection day, 40 people were living at the home.

The home had identified risks associated with people's care and implemented assessments to minimise these risks. Staff were knowledgeable about safeguarding procedures and understood what action to take if they suspected abuse. The provider maintained a robust recruitment system to ensure appropriate staff were employed, and the registered manager could evidence that regular maintenance checks had been carried out.
