Ladybrook Manor provides accommodation and personal care for up to 98 older people and those living with dementia, with 74 residents at the time of inspection. The home is divided into two neighbourhoods: an assisted living area and a reminiscence neighbourhood specifically supporting people with dementia. Arranged over three floors, the home offers studio suites that can be shared by two people, plus shared living, dining and garden spaces.

Inspectors found people received a good level of care and support within a welcoming environment. Some shortfalls were identified in the recording of care provided and communication plans for residents. The registered manager was responsive to these issues, with an action plan already underway to make improvements in these areas.
