Lynmere Nursing Home

Lynmere Nursing Home accommodates up to 24 people requiring nursing or personal care, including older people, those with physical disabilities, and younger adults. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. The single-storey building provides individual bedrooms and communal areas including adapted bathrooms, lounges and dining areas.

Medicines were managed safely by trained staff and people received prescriptions as directed. The home maintains a safeguarding policy and staff demonstrated knowledge of identifying and reporting concerns. The premises were clean and tidy, with sufficient staff on duty to meet people's needs. Staff recruitment followed safe procedures.
