Kismet House

Kismet House provides personal care and accommodation for up to nine people with mental health support needs in an adapted building with individual bedrooms, communal spaces, and an accessible outdoor area. Seven people were using the service at the time of inspection.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe with the care and support provided. However, inspectors identified shortfalls in environmental risk management, medicines management, infection prevention and control, and quality assurance systems that placed residents at increased risk of harm.
