Kismet House

Kismet House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 9 adults with mental health support needs. The CQC's assessment found the service has improved since its last inspection, with better management of environmental risks and infection control, and has moved from requires improvement to good overall.

Inspectors found a calm, supportive atmosphere, with people and relatives speaking positively about staff and care. However, governance remained a concern, with the provider still in breach of regulations around incident recording, medicines management and staffing, meaning further improvement is needed to ensure consistent oversight of quality.
