Ellenborough Court

Ellenborough Court is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to five people with a learning disability and mental health issues. Each person is cared for within their own self-contained flat. Support staff assist people to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of their flats, with cleaning tasks carried out regularly and cleaning checklists introduced to monitor standards. All touch points are regularly sanitised, and the registered manager monitors cleanliness, work practice and staff compliance with wearing personal protective equipment. Staff and visitors are required to wear face masks and wash their hands when entering the home, with hand sanitising gel available in the hallway.
