Kingsthorpe Grange

Kingsthorpe Grange is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care for up to 51 people, including those living with dementia and other mental health conditions. Inspectors found the service is now rated good overall, having previously been in breach of regulations around risk management, dignity and governance, with significant improvements now made.

The CQC found people felt safe and well cared for, with enough trained staff who knew them well. Risks were assessed and managed, staff followed infection control practices, and care was reviewed regularly. Feedback from people and relatives was largely positive, describing staff as kind, caring and responsive to concerns.
