About Keys Hill Park

Keys Hill Park is a residential care home set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, offering a calm and welcoming environment for those who call it home. The team here are dedicated to making every resident feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, which can bring real peace of mind to families during what is often an important decision. With its peaceful surroundings and a warm community feel, Keys Hill Park is a place where people can truly feel at home.

Keys Hill Park provides personal and nursing care for up to 36 younger adults with learning disabilities and/or mental illness. At inspection, 27 people were living at the service across 11 separate houses on a single site, with small groups occupying each house. Each house includes a communal lounge and kitchen, allowing residents to live in smaller, more intimate settings.

The service is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes. The accommodation and care approach reflect best practice principles that prioritize meaningful lives for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, emphasizing choice and control in how residents live.
