This residential care home supports up to three adults with learning disabilities or autism, some with additional physical disabilities. Staff actively help residents maintain relationships with people important to them and regularly access the community. A relative described their family member as "settled, happy and have a lovely, good quality life," confirming staff's positive support.

Throughout the pandemic, the home identified and managed COVID-19 risks effectively, implementing isolation and staff cohorting when needed. Staff felt well supported by management, who remained available during challenging times.

The home is visibly clean and well-maintained, with residents independently supported to uphold cleanliness standards. Though personalised to reflect residents' preferences, the space remains tidy and uncluttered to help prevent infection. The combination of individualised care, community engagement, and strong infection control measures demonstrates the home's commitment to quality care and residents' wellbeing.
