Kent Farm Care Home

Kent Farm provides personal care for up to 17 people aged 65 and over in a friendly, welcoming and homely environment. Staff are caring and compassionate, treating residents with dignity and respect while developing positive, meaningful relationships with them. Staff demonstrate detailed knowledge of residents' life histories and personal circumstances, enabling truly person-centred care that reflects individual needs and preferences.

The home has recently improved its environment with pictorial signage and symbols to help people navigate independently and locate facilities, with redecoration considering colour contrast for people with dementia. Residents are encouraged to socialise and pursue their interests and hobbies. Care plans are detailed, personalised and up to date, reflecting a commitment to supporting each person's individual wellbeing and preferences.
