Clearbury provides residential care with therapeutic support for up to four people aged 16 to 25 who are profoundly deaf or have significant hearing loss and complex needs. At the time of inspection, four people were living at the service. The home offers a therapeutic approach tailored to support young people with communication and sensory needs alongside their complex care requirements.

The service maintains a Good rating overall. Previous concerns about safe medicine management have been addressed, with inspectors confirming improvements had been made. The home continues to meet standards across all key areas, though inspectors made recommendations to ensure good practice is sustained going forward.
