Keele House

Keele House provides personal care for up to 31 people, including older people, those living with dementia, and a person with a learning disability. At inspection, 25 people were using the service.

People reported feeling safe and appreciated the homely atmosphere. One resident said, "They are very, very good. They look after me. They are exceptional." The provider has implemented effective checks and audits completed regularly, with any shortfalls promptly addressed. A registered manager now leads the staff team in delivering a good standard of care.
