People reported feeling safe and appreciated the homely atmosphere. One resident said, "They are very, very good. They look after me.

They are exceptional. " The provider has implemented effective checks and audits completed regularly, with any shortfalls promptly addressed. A registered manager now leads the staff team in delivering a good standard of care.
