Cleveland House

Cleveland House provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and autism. The service operates from an adapted ground floor wing with access to outdoor space.

During the inspection, significant concerns were identified regarding safety and infection control. Environmental risks were not consistently identified and mitigated, and infection prevention control systems were not effective at reducing infection risk. Medicines were not being stored safely, and care plans lacked sufficient detail about activities to guide staff in supporting residents appropriately.
