Cleveland House

Cleveland House is a residential care home supporting up to 6 people living with a learning disability. Following the latest assessment, the CQC found the service had improved since its last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulation, with an overall rating of Good.

Inspectors found risks were assessed with people's involvement, staffing levels were sufficient, and medicines were managed safely. People said they felt happy and safe, were supported to build independence and manage their finances, and enjoyed regular outings while maintaining relationships with family and friends.
