Wykenhurst Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 25 people, some of whom live with dementia. At inspection, 23 people were living at the home across three floors, with communal areas located on the ground floor.

The home involved people and their families in decisions about visiting arrangements. Individual visits were arranged by prior appointment, with visitors consenting to lateral flow tests and wearing personal protective equipment in line with government guidance, which the service provided.
