July VII Limited t/a Wykenhurst Residential Home

Wykenhurst Residential Home, run by July VII Limited, provides personal care for up to 25 people across three properties, including those living with dementia and mental health conditions. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 21 people were using the service.

Inspectors found the home was performing well overall and rated it Good. People and relatives said they felt safe, were well informed and involved in care decisions, and had no concerns about medicines. Staff were described as kind, competent and compassionate, with residents receiving the support they needed.
