Scarborough House provides short break accommodation for young adults with learning and physical disabilities who need help with personal care. The building has been extended and adapted to suit the people using it. During inspection, the service supported four people and maintained its good rating.

People using the service felt safe, and staff had received training to recognise signs of abuse and report concerns confidently. Risk assessments enabled people to remain as independent as possible while staying safe, with staff skilled at balancing safety considerations against people's rights to take risks. The service maintained sufficient staffing with appropriate skills to meet people's needs, supported by effective recruitment processes.
