About Jubilee Lodge

Jubilee Lodge is a residential care home in North Yorkshire, offering personal care for a small number of people. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Jubilee Lodge provides personal care for up to 5 people. At the time of inspection, one person was using the service for respite care to provide their carer with a short break. The service was transitioning to become a designated COVID-19 discharge scheme, which would allow four people to use the facility following hospital discharge.

Staff supervised all essential visitors to ensure social distancing and infection control guidelines were followed. Visitors were screened with questions to assess any risks and enable track and trace procedures. People had access to applications such as video calls to maintain contact with their families during the pandemic.
