During the inspection, inspectors found that some call bells were not always accessible or used effectively. Several communal rooms lacked call bells, and the registered manager was not fully aware of these gaps in safety equipment. Inspectors recommended that the manager and provider ensure all safety equipment remains accessible to both residents and staff throughout the home.
