UBU Cragmere is a detached dormer bungalow in the village of Glusburn that provides support for up to four people with learning disabilities. The property includes individual bedrooms for each person, along with shared communal facilities including a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, and two lounges. There is a garden to the front and rear of the property. At the time of inspection, four people lived at the service.

The service remained rated overall as good. However, the well led domain was rated as requires improvement due to the absence of a registered manager for over a year. This staffing gap represented a key area requiring attention to ensure proper governance and leadership of the home.
