Townend Close

Townend Close provides support for up to 39 older people in a single adapted building across two floors with a lift access. At inspection, 25 people were using the service.

The home has effective systems in place to maintain cleanliness and minimise infection transmission risk. Both residents and staff participate in routine COVID-19 testing. Communal areas are arranged thoughtfully to support social distancing, with furniture positioned to maintain appropriate spacing between chairs in the lounge and dining tables limited to two seats each.
