Jemini Response Limited provides accommodation and personal care for five younger people with learning disabilities. At inspection, all five residents were living at the home.

Staff demonstrate thoughtful practice when supporting residents through challenges such as wearing personal protective equipment. They take time to reassure people by revealing their faces at the door to residents' rooms and greeting them before putting masks back on, helping residents recognize and feel comfortable with staff members. The registered manager has implemented various measures to encourage social distancing throughout the home.
