The Marshes provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities. Residents require support with personal care, mobility, health, and challenging behaviours, alongside communication assistance. The building is specifically designed to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities.

At the time of inspection, there were five people living at the service. Staff followed government guidance on visitors, requesting they phone in advance so risk assessments could be prepared. All visitors received health and safety guidance upon arrival at the home.
