Jemini Place provides personal care for one autistic person in a residential setting designed to accommodate up to six residents. The home features two ground floor bedrooms adapted into a single unit with bedroom and kitchen/diner facilities, plus four additional bedrooms on the first floor. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with enhanced cleaning protocols implemented during the pandemic.

Staff receive additional training in infection prevention and control, and the service operates a visiting procedure compliant with government guidance.

The service employs a notably large staff team to support the single resident, working across two different settings. While this arrangement is not ideal, the home recognises that the person requires staff who know them well and does not use agency workers. To ensure consistency and quality of care during ongoing recruitment efforts, all staff undergo daily testing and regular meetings are held to maintain coordinated support.
