At the time of inspection, 28 people were using the service, some living with dementia. The registered manager and staff team demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, with any minor shortfalls addressed immediately.

Staff reported enjoying their work and morale was good, with safe recruitment practices and suitable staffing levels in place.

People living at James Page reported being happy with their care. Relatives also shared positive feedback about the standard of support provided. The home had systems in place to oversee quality and continued to work on improvements to enhance the service further.
