Everyone spoken with felt safe at the home. Staff numbers were adequate to meet people's needs promptly, with robust risk assessments in place and incidents reviewed for patterns. Infection control procedures were implemented effectively, the environment was visibly clean and secure, and medications were well managed.

Staff recruitment and selection processes were safe.
