Jack Dormand Care Home

Jack Dormand Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 43 people, including older people and younger adults living with dementia. At inspection, 41 people were using the service.

Staff excelled at delivering extremely person-centred care that was responsive to people's needs. Staff showed passion for their roles and were dedicated to improving quality of life. Feedback from residents and relatives was excellent, with comments praising the home as "an outstanding care home with outstanding staff" and describing the team as pulling together "to make a fabulous team."
