About The Hawthorns
The Hawthorns provides nursing and personal care to up to 105 residents, supporting people with neurological rehabilitation needs, general nursing care, and dementia. At inspection, 84 people were using the service.
Residents receive highly personalised support from a well-led team. Feedback from people, relatives, staff and professionals was extremely positive about the care provided. Residents are fully integrated into the local community with access to an abundance of activities.
