Field View

Field View provides nursing and residential care for up to 36 people, currently supporting 29 residents. The service cares for older people, those living with dementia, and people with physical disabilities. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to uphold these principles. Staff have received training on the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and associated code of practice, though the registered manager recognised that staff need to become more confident when applying this knowledge in their everyday practice.
