Howgate House

Howgate House provides personal and nursing care for up to 63 people, predominantly aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 46 people were living there.

Most residents, their relatives, and staff reported that the service had improved since the previous inspection and felt confident it was moving in the right direction under the new manager's leadership. People described the service as safe and noted there were generally enough staff to meet their needs, though a small number expressed concerns about the skills and knowledge of some staff members.
