Hollycroft Nursing Home

Hollycroft provides personal and nursing care for up to 37 people aged 65 and over, with 20 places dedicated to short-stay rehabilitation following hospital discharge. A physiotherapist and occupational therapist are available on weekdays to support residents' recovery. At inspection, 33 people were living at the home.

Staff are long-standing and familiar with residents, meeting their individual needs and preferences. People reported feeling safe, supported by effective safeguarding systems and person-centred risk assessments. Medicines are managed safely, and infection control measures comply with government guidance. The registered manager is visible and engaged, involving residents, families and staff in care decisions. The provider has strengthened systems for monitoring records and maintaining oversight of the service.
