Hillcroft Care Home

Hillcroft Nursing Home accommodates up to 28 people with physical disabilities or dementia diagnoses. At the time of inspection, 21 residents lived at the home.

Staff had received relevant training, with the provider maintaining a robust system to track upcoming training due dates. The registered manager completed spot checks and observations of staff competencies to ensure quality standards. The home was clean, tidy and free of clutter throughout.
