This nursing home provides personal and nursing care to up to 47 people aged 65 and over, including residential care, GP beds, and reablement beds. At the time of inspection, 43 people were resident at the service.

Inspectors found that risks to people's safety were not always well managed, and lessons were not always learned to reduce these risks. Personal emergency evacuation profiles lacked clear individualised information to support people during an evacuation, though the provider addressed this following the inspection visit. The service experienced staffing shortages, though the provider was working to improve recruitment. Staff were not always provided with adequate supervision to support them in their roles.
