Cedar Falls Care Home

Cedar Falls Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 93 people, including adults of all ages, some living with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments or mental health concerns. The service operates from a purpose-built property set over two levels with secure grounds, and also offers a number of bungalows for those seeking more independent living arrangements.

At the time of inspection, 83 people were using the service. Systems to monitor the quality and safety of care had not been effective and failed to identify concerns or ensure that people received personalised care based on their individual needs.
