Hithermoor House

Hithermoor House accommodates up to two adults with physical disabilities and complex healthcare needs. At inspection, two people were living there. Care at the home is exceptionally personalised, with staff spending time understanding each person's individual goals and wishes. People and their families are involved in planning care, which makes them feel consulted and valued. The personalised support provided has led to significant improvements in residents' quality of life. The home's model of care and building design have been planned specifically to meet the needs of the people living there.
