Hilton Park - Oaklands

Hilton Park Oaklands is a nursing and personal care home for up to 54 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 50 residents were living there. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, and the service has indoor and outdoor communal areas for residents and visitors.

The home had adapted well to recent guidance changes, allowing residents to nominate up to two visitors to meet them in their rooms by appointment. Socially distanced garden visits were also available as an alternative. The visits were staggered to prevent residents encountering other visitors, staff, or other people from the service.
