Eden View

Eden View provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to ten people with complex needs including acquired brain injuries and physical disabilities, alongside respite care and short breaks. Eight people were living at the service during inspection. The home maintains robust visitor safety measures including lateral flow testing, vaccination proof, temperature checks and PPE provision. Residents undertake weekly PCR testing to quickly identify COVID-19 cases, exceeding national guidance due to their vulnerability and high care needs. The service is kept clean with staff following good practice cleaning protocols, and four staff have received specialist training to fit masks for aerosol generating procedures. The management team reports strong support from local healthcare services, particularly the GP surgery.
