Heathlands House

Heathlands House is a residential care home supporting up to 64 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 43 people were using the service. The home is built over three floors, each with lounge and dining areas, assisted bathrooms and toilets. The ground floor offers access to a large garden, café, cinema, hair and beauty salon.

The service has good monitoring processes in place to maintain standards of care. Quality assurance systems identify areas needing development, with remedial actions implemented promptly. The home identifies themes and trends across the service and takes action where needed.
