The service aimed to maximize choice and control in people's lives, supporting them in the least restrictive way possible.
However, documentation did not consistently demonstrate that the provider was working within the principles of the Mental Capacity Act. The home worked in partnership with external agencies to support residents' wellbeing and ensure their needs were met through coordinated care planning.
