Hillcroft Nursing Home Caton Green

Hillcroft Caton Green provides personal and nursing care to up to 31 people aged 65 and over. Staff were observed to be caring and patient, taking time to ensure people felt valued and supported. The service aimed to maximize choice and control in people's lives, supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. However, documentation did not consistently demonstrate that the provider was working within the principles of the Mental Capacity Act. The home worked in partnership with external agencies to support residents' wellbeing and ensure their needs were met through coordinated care planning.
