Hill Top Lodge

Hill Top Lodge provides nursing and personal care for 78 residents, including people living with dementia, in a purpose-built home across three floors with communal areas on each level. The home can accommodate up to 85 people.

Residents and their relatives expressed strong satisfaction with the care provided. Staff demonstrated knowledge of how to keep people safe and protect them from avoidable harm, with sufficient staffing levels to meet resident needs. Medicines were administered as prescribed with robust systems for safe management and supply. The home investigated incidents and accidents thoroughly, implementing appropriate actions in response.
