Lyndon Hall provides personal and nursing care across four separate wings, accommodating up to 78 people with two wings specializing in dementia care. At inspection, 68 people were living at the home. Staff knew how to identify and report abuse concerns, keeping residents safe. Risks were managed well through safe recruitment practices and adequate staffing levels. Medicines were administered safely and the environment was clean. People received support from appropriately trained staff whose assessments of their needs were thorough and person-centered.
