Cromwell House (West Bromwich)

Vestige Healthcare is a residential care home accommodating up to 14 people, currently housing nine residents. The service provides personal and nursing care for adults aged 18 and over with mental health diagnoses, some of whom also have learning disabilities or autism. Staff deliver treatment for disease, disorder and injury alongside diagnostic and screening procedures.

While improvements have been made since the previous inspection, several areas still need development. A new audit system was being implemented but had not yet become operational. Medicines records were not consistently accurate or up to date, presenting a concern for medication safety. Care plans and risk assessments have been reviewed and updated to better reflect residents' current needs.
