While improvements have been made since the previous inspection, several areas still need development. A new audit system was being implemented but had not yet become operational. Medicines records were not consistently accurate or up to date, presenting a concern for medication safety.
Care plans and risk assessments have been reviewed and updated to better reflect residents' current needs.
