Hill Lodge 1

Hill Lodge 1 provides accommodation and personal care to nine people with a learning disability and or autism. Safeguarding policies and procedures are in place, with people and staff encouraged to raise concerns. Staff are trained to protect people from harm and abuse. People's risks are assessed and planned for, with records in place to ensure staff know how to support people safely and appropriately. The management team carries out necessary health and safety checks of the premises.

People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The policies and systems in the service support this practice. The model of care and setting maximises people's choice, control and independence.
