The Coach House

The Coach House provides personal care to adults with learning disabilities, currently supporting one person with capacity for two. Staff know the people they support well and implement detailed care plans with specific guidance to meet individual needs. Risk assessments are properly documented and monitored. During inspection, an unlocked COSHH cupboard was identified as a safety concern, which the deputy manager immediately secured. The home has infection control procedures in place, though some areas require refurbishment to maintain cleanliness standards. The provider has plans to complete these necessary works.
