Trent View

Trent View provides personal care to nine adults with learning disabilities. The home assesses and monitors people's risks, detailing these in individual care plans with clear guidance for staff. People have choice and control over their daily activities with support from adequately recruited and trained staff who understand their needs. The service ensures people receive necessary medicines to maintain their health. Staff understand safeguarding procedures, and relatives report feeling confident that their family members are well cared for.
