Croft Care Home

The Croft is a care home accommodating up to 30 people aged 65 and over, with 25 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides personal care and accommodation in one adapted building.

Staff demonstrate good understanding of safeguarding procedures and protect residents from abuse. Risk assessments are in place for each person, with systems to prevent cross infection. Medicines are stored and administered safely, and the home has recruited staff safely with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. When incidents occur, the home has processes to learn from them and implement improvements.
