Hill House

Hill House provides personal care for up to 37 younger and older adults, including those living with dementia, in an adapted building. The service typically accommodates between 22 and 25 residents at any given time.

The home was not well-led and exposed residents to significant risks. Inspectors found the provider had failed in their regulatory responsibilities, lacking effective quality monitoring procedures to identify shortfalls and drive improvements. The service did not consistently deliver safe, person-centred care, and promised improvements had not been implemented. Serious concerns included failures in safeguarding procedures and issues protecting people from harm.
