The CQC found the home is now rated Good overall, a significant improvement from its previous inadequate rating, which had placed it in Special Measures. Inspectors found the provider had addressed previous breaches of regulation and was no longer failing to meet required standards.

People living at the home and their relatives spoke positively about their care, describing staff as kind, friendly and compassionate. Inspectors found people appeared happy and relaxed in staff's company, and the service demonstrated sustained improvement across all areas assessed.
