Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding practices, knowing how to escalate concerns appropriately. They support people to take prescribed medicines, follow infection prevention guidance, and encourage healthy eating and hydration. Staff are kind and caring, understanding individual needs, wishes and preferences while monitoring known risks.
