Ferrars Hall Care Home

Ferrars Hall Care Home is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating up to 66 older people and people with dementia across three floors. The service offers various facilities including shared lounges, dining areas, a hair salon, cinema room, coffee shop and shared garden. At inspection, 61 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding practices, knowing how to escalate concerns appropriately. They support people to take prescribed medicines, follow infection prevention guidance, and encourage healthy eating and hydration. Staff are kind and caring, understanding individual needs, wishes and preferences while monitoring known risks. The home investigates complaints and takes action to prevent recurrence. Staff treat people with dignity and respect, supporting their independence and privacy throughout their care.
