Ash Lea House

Ash Lea House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 14 people with a learning disability. The home is situated on the outskirts of Alfreton with good access to local shops and public amenities. At the time of inspection, 12 people were living at the home.

The previous inspection had identified concerns with safeguarding management, support for people's health, and quality monitoring systems. The provider submitted an action plan outlining how these improvements would be addressed.
