The Hollies

The Hollies provides accommodation for up to 23 people with mental ill health, and was at full capacity at the time of inspection. Staff had developed positive and friendly relationships with residents and demonstrated detailed knowledge of people's individual needs, preferences and interests.

Care plans and risk assessments were personalised and clearly outlined how each person wished to be supported. Residents received help to maintain balanced diets and were able to access other health care services when needed.
