There are no identifying signs, intercoms, cameras or industrial bins outside that mark it as a care home, and staff are discouraged from wearing uniforms when accompanying residents, helping to maintain the home's domestic appearance and respect residents' privacy within the community.

The environment has shown improvements since the previous inspection, though some areas continue to need attention.
