Highfield House

Highfield House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 20 older people. The home has implemented robust procedures to support safe visiting, including screening all visitors with temperature checks and risk questionnaires. Visitors receive Personal Protective Equipment and guidance on its safe use. Individual risk assessments have been completed for each resident to weigh the risks and benefits of family visits. The service routinely tests both residents and staff for COVID-19, with staff receiving rapid response tests as well as weekly standard tests. New admissions follow best practice guidance, with recent test results required, additional testing on arrival, and a 14-day isolation period to protect existing residents.
