Highbury Court Flats

Highbury Court Flats provides accommodation and personal care to up to 6 adults with mental health issues and learning disabilities, who live in their own flats. At inspection, all 6 supported residents were using the service. Staff supported people to be as independent as possible, focusing on their strengths and promoting what they could do to enable fulfilling everyday lives. The service is well-positioned within walking distance of local shops and amenities, with convenient access to public transport via nearby bus stops and tram links, allowing residents to travel and access their communities. Staff knew residents well and kept them safe from avoidable harm, working with other agencies to provide appropriate safeguarding. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
